Why We Started LeanOps
LeanOps was founded on a simple observation: enterprise software is broken.
Not the concept — the execution. Somewhere along the way, software vendors decided that "enterprise" meant complicated, expensive, and slow. They built products that required armies of consultants, took years to implement, and locked customers into relationships they couldn't escape.
We saw organizations trapped by their own tools. Paying too much. Waiting too long. Fighting software that was supposed to help them.
So we started building alternatives.
